Hi All,
Given that a known n number of clusters are required, and the probability that each member of a data set belongs to each of the n regions. e.g. 4 regions, A,B,C,D with each element having probabilities P(A,B,C,D). I also know a "seed point" for each region i.e. P(1,0,0,0).
I am looking for a fuzzy clustering technique to establish which region each of the elements in the input data set belong. Any suggestions on the best way of doing this, given all I know are the probablilities which are calculated based on a distance metric.
Adam .
