1 divided by 120 gives a value between 0 and 1.
I'm not sure how to read your equation so maybe you can show the work. I
especially don't know what the quatation marks represent.
When I wrote C(10,3) I referred to a basic formula. You can learn more

In "10!" the "!" means "factorial".
10! = 10 * 9 * 8 * 7 * 6 * 5 * 4 * 3 * 2 * 1
