Free-speech cannot be understood as an absolute right. Even at the every day life it is limited by Law (in order to prevent injurious statements against other people, for example).
In the case of Sci. stat. math. must be added the guarantee that the consults are contextual with the News goals and that are sound. It goes without saying that the *moderators* (I prefer a much more adequate word ,*referees*) should watch by the quality of the RESPONSES posted. All scientific revues and journals have a team to do it.
In conclusion (repeating what I said on April 7): I am completely FOR a team of referees for this News. It would increase immediately its standards, which is urgent, absolutely urgent.
