Regression, T Test

Hey i'm really sorry if this is in the wrong place I had no clue where to post it. I have an exam tomorrow on medical statistics and I am so confused its not funny and was wondering if anyone could help me with some basics.

I was wondering if anyone had time to explain when you would use the following tests - T-test, correlation, regression, Chi-squared.

Also if anyone had time could they explain P values and normal/standard distribution quickly as I have to be able tomorrow to say what test you should use for certain types of data for example what test would you use to compare different locations for equality of age distribution, what test would u use to compare mean marks between two areas and what test would be most appropiate for comparing the locations for equality of sex distribution (choices - correlation, regression, T-test and chi squared.) I'm sorry this is so much but if anyone had time to help I would be in your debt forever.
