Apparently we are still seeing a few of these troops for whom
ignorance of statistics (and math) are worn as a BADGE OF HONOR.
Going to the M-W English Dictionary to look up the WRONG WORD
for the definition of a statistical MODE did not even get a badge of
honor from the English-dictionary pedants!
