Jack have you UNDERSTOOD that the procedure I posted (Monte Carlo simulations method) is PERFECTLY EXACT and I do not need any more *Theories* to know exactly to check that the variance should be (very approximately) evaluated by

if I do not want to spend 5 minutes to obtain the CI by simulation? Did you read?
