Bob Ling still believes that m1 = m2 could be stated
Let´s
______H0: m1= m2
______H1: m1=/ m2
He thinks that if one cannot accept H1, i.e., if the test value falls in the acceptation region (or no-rejection) it means that m1-m2 (!).
Who is so brave that try to dissuade him from this BRUNDLE? Who help me?
