You missed completely the point

Kevin Thorpe pointed out to YOU, Afonso, that Reef Fish Bob had
ALREADY pointed out to you that you MISQUOTE him.

His quote in the mini-lecture in Hypothesis Testing was:

Rejecting a Null Hypothesis in statistics is analogous to a GUILTY
Verdict
in a criminal court.

Luis A. Afonso, in his complete ignorance in Hypothesis Testing, quote
exactly the OPPOSITE of what Reef Fish had posted

-- Reef Fish Bob.

____What I said, MISTER CONFUSION (deliberately, I assume, in order not to have to conclude you are stupid) is that:
____The acceptance of the null hypotheses, on Statistical grounds and for continuous parameters under test, could never be understood as nullity. On contrary not guilty in Courts, in same instances, means that complete innocent was proved (the defender could be: 1) in jail, 2) sufficiently far away from the action to do it, 3) so badly ill that is definitively confined to bed, etc, etc.

Therefore the <complete analogy> Bob Ling proudly states IS WRONG.

OK?
