Its an annual review kind of thing, that is why we are doing a yearly
performance review.

Thus far the result shows Taiwan curve is steeper than China's. Meaning
Taiwan machines is experiencing a higher failure rate (or repair rate).


Like what you've mentioned, many things could have lead to such
differences, and it would be fair to 'normalise' the data such that we
can make a fair comparison betwwen TW and CN. In this case machine is
age is identified first to be 'normalised'.

Therefore is there any good method to compensate the failure rate in TW
to bring it to the 'same' age as those machine in CN?
