Simple T-test/F-test question.

Hello, I am trying to perform a T-test to do a test of the null
hypothesis that the means of normally distributed populations are
equal. However, as far as I know, the T-test will only test 2
different populations. However I need to do the test with four
different populations.

Someone told me that in order to test for more than 2 populations I
will need to to an F-test. However reading about the F-test I found it
is tests the *variance* of two populations. Is there a way to make a T-
test for the 4 populations within them or do I need to make a ttest
for A-B, A-C, A-D, B-C,B-D, D-C in order to see that all the
populations are different?.

Thank you!
