Chi Squared Formulas?

This is quite a difficult request... but does anyone have/know the formula to calculate the Critical Values of ChiSquared? Input being degrees of freedom and the tail probability desired.
I have been able to locate the formulas which calculate the tail probabilities with degrees of freedom and critical values as the inputs, but I can't use them or derive the formula from them.
Any help?
