ALMOST ALL results in Statistical Theory are ASYMPTOTICAL
A simple question that Jack Tomsky did not got yet.
In consequence still use them as it were exact even in the cases that are far to be so.
The need of simulation procedures is so strong that Lteraure is full of them.
