I NEVER denied that the H0 hypotheses *should* be failed to accept or accepted as a consequence of the test conclusion.
Only a stupid (very stupid one) could draw this conclusion by my words : what is the question is that
a)____to fail to accept H0 means that Ha is proved to be true
b)____to accept H0 means that this hypotheses is proved to be true.
Either a) and b) are FALSE. However this has ANY IMPORTANCE, in order to reach the conventional conclusions used in Hypotheses Tests.
___The jargon is to say *the coin is fair* is substitution that here is no sufficient evidence that it is not.
___*The parameters (under comparison) are equal* instead of we found not sufficient evidence that they are different.
(And all Universe works smoothly)
