Idiotic comments by Luis A. Afonso snipped.

In accordance with Afonso's formulation of the
hypotheses, H0: f1 = f2, Ha: f1 not equal to f2,
once f1 and f2 are specified, it is then known
whether Ho or Ha is true or not. Not everyone finds
it impossible to tell that 30/200 < 70/200 and I want
to make sure that Afonso is the only one.
