Hallo,
I have to create OC curve for multiple sampling plan in Excel, but i
dont know how.
I know, that I have to use the BINOMDIST function, but I dont know how
to calculate the OC curve for second, third, fourth and fifth sampling.
(The multiple sampling plan has 5 steps)
I did not know what you meant by an OC curve because I am more
familiar with the acronym ROC. (It also is a bit mysterious what you
are doing with "second, third, fourth and fifth samplings". That might
need more detail to get a substantive reply.)
I found several worked examples with a web search on "ROC curve" +
excel. As an example: <http://www.anaesthetist.com/mnm/stats/roc/
Findex.htm> If you are unenlightened after examining further results
of such a search, you could explain the source of your dissatisfaction
here or in a group whose users are more likely to be using Excel, such
as microsoft.public.excel.misc.
