Is there any mathematical way for finding centre of clusters in
clustering issue?

As per Phil Sherrod, see

http://www2.chass.ncsu.edu/garson/PA765/cluster.htm

and look up "Cluster centers".

"Cluster centers are the average value on all clustering variables of each
cluster's members"

It is a long while since I have done a cluster analysis, but in doing one
the clusters vary through the analysis, so that this is a moving feast.

Indeed, in the previous paragraph, it says: "Cluster centers change at each
pass."
