WRONG
Since X is a discrete r.v. (the number of absences per year is a whole number X = 0, 1, ...) we should use the
continuity correction , so that
_____Z= (8.5-7)/(3/sqrt(60)) = 3.8730
_____then p(Z>3.8730) = 0.00005375

NOTE that because the mean (=7) is different to the variance (=3^2= 9) the use of the Poisson Distribution is forbidden.
