afaik, GAUSS has a command for that. from the reference:
cdfchinc(x,v,d)
Purpose: The integral under noncentral chi-square distribution, from 0
to x. It can
return a vector of values, but the degrees of freedom v and
noncentrality
parameter d must be the same for all values of x.
i am quite sure that a fortiori, R, which is free, can do that too.
