The ONLY RELEVAT thing is that NORTH AMERICAN SYLLABUS on Statistics DOESN`T INCLUDE THE DKW inequality, LILLIEFOR´s test and all CENTRAL LIMIT THEOREMS, at least they passed its importance on Monte Carlo simulations.
Its was useful to USA Ph. DSL to contact the INSTITUTO SUPERIOR TÈCNICO, Lisbon, (for example) in order to the USA Ph, DSL could attend the regularly courses on Statistics and Computation here. It was the only way hey could up-to-data theirs musty bibliography

I think FEES should be pre-paid. The number of students able to go to the end should be very scarce (and they will not reward our Teachers his Herculean work, like to clean Augis stables)
