OK, who do YOU nominate? Hint: you cannot self-nominate.***
My response
1) This is the more useless asking ever made: Sci. Stat. Math. owners were never show the slightest intention to provide a referee team.
I tried (two or three times) to bring ASK DOCTOR MATH to the discussions. No result at all, even that they are concerned. It´s normal to ask: because I’m foreigner?
2) I trust that if they want, they could find appropriate set of persons.
3) I never though to self nominate. On contrary I would be really happy if I could completely be sure that the responses were sound and inspiring all of us on to two points such as: sound analysis theory, and research.
4) Are you asking who I nominate? I’ll say you I don’t.
_____Someone that accepting the Clopper-Pearson Intervals (for a parameter Confidence Intervals) but at the same time denies the same theory regarding the difference of two parameters. WHY he does? Because I build the test based on the observed proportions that he thins are not suitable to evaluate the respective probabilities. This guy does not go back, even after showing him that the regular test statistics are constructed based on parameter estimates.
____I´ll not nominate a person that his absolutely insecure, about if the Null Hypotheses could or could not proved true.
____Someone that is so ignorant that did not find except one month ago, the theory on Monte Carlo Simulative Procedures (Fundamental Theorems on the Empirical Distribution Functions, Dvorezky - Kiefer – Wolfowitz and all inequalities, Glvenko-Cantelli, concerning this matter)
____Someone so futile that intend to has made an improvement on the DKW inequality baptizing I as Tomsky- DKW inequality. Someone so fool that have an appropriate entourage approving this deed.

In one word NEVER Jack Tomsky should be included in (the multi disciplinary) Team. AT LEAT in what concerns a) Hypotheses Tests
b) Random simulations (Monte Carlo)
However the names choice is not a problem of mine, * randovaro* , it would be, if so, Drexel University´s.
