My response

I had the opportunity to find enormous errors in the Jack Tomsky

a) Ignores Empirical Statstics
b) Not even he not met before the Fundamental Theorem of Statistics, DKW inequality,
Ignores too;
c) the Clopper – Pearson´s Interval,
d) the Lilliefors Test,
e) the Asymptotical feature of almost all statistical tests,
f) that Monte Carlo procedure is the unique way to produce Model Exact test hypotheses,
g) The difference between Model Exact and Evaluation Exact
h) The total ignorance of Monte Carlo papers on Statistics in the last 50 years
i) That an Evaluation Exact did not is a exact response to the problem we want to solve: then one substitute the true problem we cannot solve analytically by a different one we can solve.
j) Hypotheses cannot be proved true

Could David Winsemius rethink Tomsk´s expertise evaluation? I do not think so, because hr has the ABSOLUTE ATTRIBUTE: he is North American.
