hi,
I learn that a software called gosset uses moment matrices to optimize
the DOE points to get good response surface model. I wish to learn the
basics of what a moment matrix is and its application in DOE, response
surface and polynomial optimization problems.
Thanks,
Arun
In this context, "optimization" can mean any of several things.
The objective may be to maximize a determinant or some other function.
A suggestion: Using a piece of software that you do not understand
to "design" experiments is a risky venture. Give us a clue to what you
are trying to accomplish, and perhaps some ideas will come forth. OMU
