Not surprisingly John Smith (Jack Leon Tomsky, Ph. D. 1974, Stanford University) did not understand what I achieved about the no-convergence of the Welch sample statistics.
IN THE STUPID´s BEHALF I REPEAT, OMCE MORE.
__1__The procedure intends (and fails completely) to find Confidence Intervals of two Normal Populations with different variances.
__CHECK
__If it was correct the same procedure should work well in the case the two Populations had equal variances, case that we are provided with an EXACT ALGORITHM (The T test),
___MY FIND was that this convergence DO NOT EXISTS AT ANY RATE.
The John / Jack dyslexia (growing worse) did not permit to get what the problem was, and consequently, how I find the answer: Welch algorithm does not converges to the one of Student test.
