(Taken literally the Null Hypotheses is always FALSE,
then H0: m=0 must be understood as There’s NO
SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE TO REJECT THAT THE PARAMETER IS
NULL).

Here's a null hypothesis: Afonso is a competent statistician.
