resampling methods are serious procedure?

Hi, I am in spiritual troubles because no one wants to start a
discussion on my idea that resampling methods both in statistical
methodology and in empirical research are false, therefore they give
seriously misleading and dangerous results.
I have demonstrated it in an article, may I publish it as a Google
document for discussion?
