Hello

I never meant to say that using a D100 was impossible.. It is just
much more involved than working with cameras like the coolpix models
which I listed.

Since you have worked out the details, we would all appreciate seeing
some of your results and how you solved the problems of joining the
camera to the microscope and geting the images in focus and with the
correct exposure. .

I would encourage you write an article, I am sure it would be of
enough interest to be published on Micscape or some other microscopy
website. . I would be happy to help. Please contact me offline.
