Hello
There are plenty of paper on AFMs in the Journal Review of Scientific
Instruments. You should find that in your nearest scientific library.
http://scitation.aip.org/rsio
Other than that there are a couple of sites which have instructions on
home build AFMs/STMs. There you should be able to find something as
well. E.g.
http://www.geocities.com/spm_stm/Project.html
http://sxm4.uni-muenster.de/stm-en/
http://www.e-basteln.de/
http://www.angelfire.com/electronic2/spm/index.html
http://www.bsc.ustc.edu.cn/%7Ejlyang/research/STMWebPage.html
Regards, Thom
