Digital microscope to look at a single hair

I should develop an particular application under Windows using Visual
Studio. I need a digital microscope, connected to the PC, to make an
image analysis of a single hair, which has a thickness of 60-70 um.
Do you have any suggestion to choose a digital microscope not so
expensivo to do it.
Of course any other information about this application is welcomed.
