Hi Gary,
Thanks for the advice.I'm trying to convince my boss to get a
backscattered electron detector.
The smallest sensor is 1 micronx1 micron,which makes it really hard to
see a 200 A height.They are made of out thin layers of
CoFe,Tantalum,NiFe,Cu and MnIr.Pity we do not have a backscattered
electron detector
