You need to specifiy the working distance for help with a practical
suggestion. Are you looking for a few inches or several feet? What
magnification range? A good quality telescope can be fitted with
close focusing lenses. I used to use close up extention rings on a
135mm telephoto lens to tke macro images from four to five feet.
