In general it will not be possible.
The reason is the eyepiece exit pupil and angle are made to match the human
eye optics. Your camera has different dimensions, and you have unavoidable
vignetting. Think of it as an impedance matching problem.
Without a impedance transformer (additional optics), the only solution is
to find a matching impedance, that is, a digital camera with optical
geometry equal (or nearly so) to the human eye.
I would suggest taking the eyepiece of your microscope (or other
instrument) right to the camera shop, and holding it up for a look through
all of the candidate cameras. Some will work well and exhibit no
vignetting, some won't. The pricey cameras with the huge aperture lenses
will be in the latter group. A cheap camera may turn out to be the best
optical match.
