clear and simple phase contrast examples

Hi,
for educational purposes I need to explain to group what phase
contrast (p-c) microscopy is and to illustrate that with some clear and
simple examples in which the difference between brightfield and p-c
pictures is shown.
I am a microscopy amateur with a p-c microscope but with hardly and
p-c experience. Would anybode have an idea about simple and easy to
prepare p-c examples? Any field is ok. Would simple physics or
chemistry examples be any good?
Any help would be appreciated.
Best regards, Durk
.
