Justbeats, I'm glad you like the condenser. To be honest with you there
aren't a lot of them in use. Darkfield gives you lots of contrast and quite
a bit less resolution. With immersion you are lucky to get 1.0 NA.

The dual na markings are for the dual na's of the condenser, one for inside
and one for outside. Remember this condenser does not give a arch of
illumination, only diffracted rays are brought to the lens. The lack of
working distance is part and parcel of how an oil cardiod condenser works.
They haven't improved with age since there are not a lot of purchasers.

Don't let me talk you out of using this interesting piece. Use the heck out
of it!
