Kevin, thanks for your hint: first, I received a reformulated Olympus proposal which was by several thousands higher :-( (why is a lamphouse and a DC adapter sooo expensive ??) But then I got an offer for a Nikon TE200 ( a recently discontinued model) for a very attractive price. So I think my search is over..
