Thanks GTO and Kevin, yeah, i forgot to tell you that i'll be using
bright field with stained cells, i was in a hurry. I guess i'll save my
money and work in a lab for super minimum wage ($40 a month : X part
time). Just a quick question, do you think I'd be able to diferentiate
gram + or gram - bacteria stained with gram technique, and diferentiate
rod, spherical, or helicoidal bacteria using a lomo ( yes, lomo) 90x
1.25 N.A. abbe condenser, and 7 x eyepiece and home made light? Can
lomo multiscope do that at least? Antony van Leeuwenhoek saw bacteria
more than 300 years ago !!
