Zeiss stil sells these bulbs (at least in Belgium).
New product code is 380018-1740.
These are also sold on a +/- regular basis from different brands
(Siemens/Wotan, Osram, ...) trough Ebay.

I'm pretty sure (99%) you can replace the bulb by an Osram 8017 (6V/15W;
foot: B15d; "Leuchtkörper":2,3*1,2mm).
