Top rates ?

I have not been to this group in a long time and things have changed. The
recommended companies were Zeiss Olympus Nikon and Lieca. Now there are
others from China Japan and Russia. How do the other new companiess rank
compared to the big 4

My max amount to spend is less than $4500
