Yet another Extended Depth of Field application

This time it is developed by someone from the Biomedical Imaging Group, EPFL
(Switzerland). The program is an ImageJ plug-in that can be freely
downloaded from http://bigwww.epfl.ch/demo/edf/index.html

The program also generates 3-D views.
