Aaron gave you one better idea. You might also look at an inexpensive
astronomical cam like the $99 Meade lunar planetary imager (LPI)
640x480 USB digicam. http://www.meade.com/lpi/ The "6mm" eyepiece may
be more magnification than you want though. There may be other
astronomical cameras too. Keep in mind that they probably will be built
for a 1.25" diameter eyepiece tube rather than a microscope 23 or 30mm.
Why does the same resolution in a Moticam 350 microscope camera kit
cost $300 US?
