Does anyone know how to get AO eyepieces/auxilarylens?

I am the proud owner of an old microscope in mint condition, a Gemolite mark-V with an AO 570 zoom head, and I would like to increase magnification with preferebly the no:577 2X auxiliary lens or the no:1186 25X Wide Field Eyepieces, i am a newbie, so does anyone know how to get them???
