Um, I'm not finished yet...and you're right, focus the 'scope on high power then zoom down to low. Don't touch the focus, use the tube to correct, the right by loosening it, the left by using the built in adjustment. Now zoom it up and correct the focus and zoom it down, see if it is off and correct. Play with this focus and you should get it right.

I can almost get it but not quite. Could this be due to my eyesight? I'm slightly short sighted. I would have thought you'd have to need around couple of diopters of correction to notice any real problems? Being a little under this I'd have thought I might be okay.
