The magnification is reached by sticking the several images together.
So you can use a camera with lower resolution but a high optical magnification to get these large images. The software does a automatical alingment. So i don't need special Hardware. I Have a 3M Pixel Artcam and a Olympus Microscope. And it works quite fast.
