Hello,

In what case is your product better than ImageJ, which we can get for
free? What kind of algorithms do you use for instance for segmentation
and particle counting? Does your SW package support any more advanced
features used for stereology (such as some found at
http://www.liv.ac.uk/fetoxpath/quantoxpath/stereol.htm)? If yes, which
ones? What OS is your SW written for? What are the performance metrics?
I know that ImageJ is really memory hungry and rather slow. For
instance, how fast does it perform a 4096x4096 FFT? Does your package
use FFTW? - And last but not least, is your package customizable and
will it allow users to add their own modules to it?
