After Googling and reviewing other archives, I find that I still cannot
determine
whether a older Leitz BLACK scope is a SM, Dialux, Laborlux or "Baby"
Ortholux. From discussions in the past, it would seem that this is a
common problem.
Could someone with Leitz documentation do some side by side comparsions
and briefly describe how one tells one model from another. Links to
pictures of each of the models would be appreciated too...in
discussions past, any links to representative scopes are long dead.
Is there any Leitz documentation on line for the older scopes? I have
looked on one excellent site but find only Ortholux from the BLACK
golden age of Leitz represented.
Thanks
