Olympus MD Plan Objective Question

I'm looking for information about Olympus MD Plan Objectives. Does anyone
have a Olympus Broschure with a description that they can post? I don't know
exactly what kind of objectives the MDplan are. The objectives that I
purchased are marked:
Olympus MDPlan
infinity symbol/-
f=180
Will I need a special attachment to change the focal length from 160 to 180?
