IR laser problem

Could anyone help me answer this question? How much energy in the IR
laser needed to saturate the C-H transition? It is a transiton from v=0
to v=1 and the IR pulse is 20 psec. It is hydrocarbon on a metal
surface. Spectral bandwidth of the laser is 5nm. Hope someone could
help me figure out this.
