Pyrex glass coverslip

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can get coverslips made from Pyrex glass or some
other type of glasses??
I'm looking for coverslips with refractive index closer to 1.45-1.47 range
than usual 1.515 and cheaper than fused silica.

In some old literatures, I could find use of Pyrex coverslip but the
authors didn't list from where they got such stuff.....
