New microscope for DIC brightfield and darkfield imaging

I am in the process of buying a new microscope for inspection of thin
film coatings, detector chips and and crystal surfaces.
The system will be a Darkfield/Brightfield with DIC, in reflection
mode with motorized stage and focus.
I have two options:
1 - Olympus BX61
2 - Nikon LV100DA
Olympus objectives: LMPFLN plan fluorites, long working distances
Nikon objectives: CFI LU Plan BD ELWD
Software, either AnalySIS (Olympus) or ImagePro (Nikon)
Cameras: CIII (Olympus AnalySIS) or Qimaging micropublisher (ImagePro/
Nikon)
Any comments. The price is almost identical. Both have Märzhauser
stages.
I also would like to have the same softwere upgrade on a Leica DM
RXA2. Has anyone used AnaySIS or ImagePro with this microscope?
