AFM cantilever mounting

I am mounting Silicon cantilevers on Omicron VT-AFM Piezo mounts with
two part heat -set epoxy. The mounts are reusable but after some wear
and tear the ceramic on the mount becomes worn. I expect maybe one in
every 3 cantilevers to be misaligned for laser sighting but this ratio
has dropped significantly. Does anyone have any helpful solutions for
precision cantilever mounting? And purpose built mounting stages etc?
I have the Omicron AFM mounting stage which is almost useless for
helping mount cantilevers.
