Diaplan advice

I've just acquired an old Leitz Diaplan (1987), and should be very
glad to hear from fellow owners. Initial impressions:
-A bit plasticky, but pleasingly , massive.
-Horrible ergonomics best suited to an octopus
-Superb optics, RMS 160mm
-Breathtaking widefield with periplan eyepieces
-Very strange plasticky condenser -UKO 'universal' with no
diaphragm on the condenser and a dovetail mounting which looks as
though it will not fit normal condensers nor condensers from other
leitz models (is this correct?)
- Funny places for the filters - some in lamphouse, some on
sliders in trino head, possibly some in Condenser as optional, but
absent, extra.
Can anyone tell me, please,
whether other leitz condensers can somehow be mounted on this model?
any possible sources for used modular add-ons other than ebay? i think
the condenser is designed to house wheels with filters, phase plates
etc, though none with mine.
whether I can use leitz 170mm objectives on this 160mm stand?
this instrument performs really well optically, but I like to fiddle
with darkfield etc, and it seems to be for looking through rather than
for fiddling with! No condenser iris, no subcondenser filter trays
etc.
On balance, prefer my Zeiss standard with add-ons, though the Leitz is
an interesting change and an optically superb instrument.
Any thoughts/comments gratefully received.
